Lift, Level, and Stabilize Uneven Concrete

Concrete Lifting, Leveling, and Stabilization

Elevate Concrete Lifting is your solution to lift, level, and stabilize failed or sunken concrete. Concrete often fails due to poor soils, voids, tree roots, moisture, etc. Our polyurethane foam injection process addresses these issues by injecting foam into the soil. This foam fills and expands into all the voids, lifting and aligning the concrete, and stabilizing the soil to prevent future movement. The foam quickly integrates with the soil, forming a lightweight, stable, and durable material that enhances soil load-bearing capacity. This technology is now the preferred concrete repair solution for residential, municipal, DOT, and commercial projects.

How It Works

Step 1: Assessment
Our team conducts a thorough assessment of the concrete and soil to determine the extent of the issue and the appropriate solution.

Step 2: Preparation
We prepare the site by drilling small holes into the affected concrete areas to access the underlying soil.

Step 3: Injection
Polyurethane foam is injected into the soil through the drilled holes. The foam expands and fills all voids, lifting the concrete to its original level.

Step 4: Stabilization
The foam quickly integrates with the soil, forming a stable, durable material that prevents further movement and enhances soil load-bearing capacity.

Step 5: Finalization
We seal the drilled holes and clean the area, leaving your concrete surfaces level, stable, and ready for use.
